MT Olympus Family Restaurant

I had heard good things... Must be hit or miss. The marinated chicken was good as were the beef strips. The special advertised on all of the tables was chicken wings- several of us ordered those only to find that they were out. The chicken tenders; however, should've been called crunchy chicken jerky. So dry, tough and over cooked...it was sad to witness. Super nice wait staff (the only reason I upped the score to 3 stars). Maybe an off day in the kitchen? Not sure if it would be worth a second try.

My family and I arrived kind of late wanting to try the buffet, we were not disappointed. The stock items were low but the staff asked if there was any thing we wanted. Staff was courteous and friendly even late. Very good pork chops and fried chicken. No frills but good southern cooking. Absolutely will return!

Baked Spaghetti was good. Included a salad and toast. The sauce is on the sweeter side, so be prepared for that. Nice selection of desserts including banana pudding, key lime pie, peach cobbler, and chocolate cake. Excellent service by our waitress, and decent prices. We will definitely be returning.
